About This Integration
The OpenEye integration allows ThinkLP users to view video playback from their OpenEye system directly within ThinkLP. Investigators can select a specific camera and define a time range to access relevant footage during a case review. This removes the need to switch between systems, reducing friction in the investigation process. Video is displayed through an embedded player, allowing users to analyze incidents efficiently and in context alongside case data.
