Enterprise Admin License

The Enterprise Admin License provides full access to build, customize, and manage the ThinkLP platform. It is designed for advanced users who independently develop and configure their organization's ThinkLP environment.

Full platform configuration, including complex automation, custom objects, and workflows
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and business logic
Create and manage templates, case types, audit forms, and integrations
Control user permissions and platform-wide settings with complete administrative access

Portal License

The Portal License allows store-level or frontline employees to submit incidents into ThinkLP through a simplified interface. It promotes broad engagement and drives platform usage.

Submit new incidents through a user-friendly portal
View status or feedback on submitted entries (if configured)
Encourages data entry from the field without full platform access

Pro Admin License

The Pro Admin License is a lighter-weight admin role suited for configuring the system using existing tools and templates, without the ability to build from scratch. Ideal for clients supported by ThinkLP's PBMs.

Modify and manage templates and configuration settings
Adjust form fields, user profiles, and workflows within provided limits
Use ThinkLP's guided tools to administer the platform without deep technical setup
Cannot independently build custom solutions or major system components

Standard License

The Standard License is for core business users such as investigators, regional managers, or supervisors. It enables hands-on work with case and audit data.

Create, view, and edit cases, audits, and related records
Run and export reports
Interact with dashboards and insights
